But with Liam's prospects for Christmas baking looking bleak, and Matt baking a flour-ful I-can't-believe-I'm-almost 30-th birthday cake pretty soon, we decided to try making a fun, Liam-friendly treat. Let's just say I'll add this to my catalog of "Failed Gluten/Dairy Free Baking Attempts."
Liam, however, does not know the difference so was quite happy to munch on something new.
The idea was to cookie-cutter these into Christmas shapes, but we use the term "shapes" liberally.....
And here he noticed the Christmas lights coming on outside - the highlight of every afternoon!
