Too Easy

I was going to call this one "Peas In A Pod" but that would be kind of like taking the day off, huh?
I'm not really one to take veggies over chocolate, but when it comes to English Peas I can make a n exception. I spied them at the market yesterday and just about tripped over the kids and a pallet of apples to get some in our cart! I'm so glad the kids enjoy them as much as I do...together we polished off a 2 1/2 lb bag in one afternoon. (Yes, it was a rather tooty evening).

If you're wondering what odd get-up Liam is wearing today, that's a dog costume and a pair of play doctor scrubs around his neck. We were playing "Dog Groomer" and he insisted that the job wasn't complete until a kerchief was tied around his neck. And so.....scrub pants.

Rescue Team

These two staged an elaborate Search & Rescue operation in the living room this morning. They turned the couch cushions into a fire pole (or slide, if you want to get technical) and a skipping rope into a hose. Here they are getting their "hero photo" taken for the newspaper....
